I chose bachlore of commerce beacuse I want to apply for chartered accountant in future so it's beneficial for me. The curriculum provides you with all the necessary education required to enter the real world also our college has additional value courss and skill enhancement course to add extra skills . I feel college only needs to improve it's gerenal elective and add more elective courses . The exams go's on for one month approx , preparation leave is provided of one week before exams . The exams are conducted in two shifts . morning shift which is 9 am to 12 pm and evening shift which is 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The exams are conducted 2 times a year one semester in December and another in may . The level of difficulty in exams is moderate. Past years papers is must to do before writing a exam

The company's life amazon, deloitte, flipkart, and other big mnc approach for college placement total no of offers made were 45 this year The highest package was of 23 lakhs and the average package provided are of 7 to 8 lakhs . Student with 85 percentile and above get placed usually. My plans are to complete my masters after graduation which is mba from a prestigious university

Fees and Financial Aid

As our college is government college the fees is minimal as 15750 per year and the exam fees which is approx 1500 per semester . Else their is no fees . The university provide several scholarships for the students who are not financially stable . There are many scholarships in delhi university I can't name them specifically but some amount is given on the basis of the icome of the family per year which should be below a certain amount. Campus employment rate is extremely amazing the average 60% students get placed in big firms also the internships are amazing to give boost to your resume

Campus Life

The campus life is amazing, energetic and girly. Something keeps on going in college . The annual fest of our college is Pallavi which is conducted in March or April and apart from this there are many fest that keeps on going every year. There are all academic books available in library and lot of self help, frictional, non frictional, biography also available. Within Class room the faculty is good they teach with amazing techniques and strategies. Their is a biggest hickey ground of du in our college. Our college is good and doing well in terms of sports also. Their are lot of societies within the college that helps in extra curricular.

Most of the faculty have alteast 10+ experience and most of them had done thier PhD from either delhi university or some prestigious colleges like iims and iits. Thier way of teaching is amazing they connect with students provide them assistance in academics as well as extra curricular activity. Their is 1 teacher for 10 students which makes it easier to grab the concept easily and quickly

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was preparing for CA also that's why I opted for Bcom, rest no other factors. But the curriculum of the college was best. They covered our whole syllabus on time. Everything was just perfect. There's semester system at my time. Every year we have 2 semester exams and you can clear the exam if you have studied everything your teacher taught. Examination level was moderate only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum itself is offered under delhi University is the biggest pro of this college I liked the aspect that it tries to capture the essence of holistic development by introducing skill enhancement courses, value addition courses and ability enhancement courses It also facilitates dynamic learning experience by offering the courses from different departments such as general electives I still believe that there is a space for improvement in the applicability of this course in the real world as the world is growing at a fast paced and we need to prepare ourselves with everything we can Intership opportunities, live projects of certain subjects , increased field trips and introduction of ai courses Frequency is good ,1 per semester which helps students to take on different ventures also and the difficulty level is mixed depending upon the subject but ranges from moderately easy to difficult

Course Curriculum Overview:

There's no such specific aspect to be very honest, I was clear since my 12th standard only that I'll be doing BCom hons in my undergraduation. The core subjects provides you valuable knowledge for sure but there's nothing to learn from AEC, SEC and VAC subjects (they are useless). I think teachers should start focusing more and like in my 3rd semester, there are 2 teachers for each of my core subject, this should be eliminated because it creates confusion among students. Exams usually ends in 1 month and mostly my exams were in the morning shift which is 9:30-12:30 but it gets difficult during winters to reach to college on time and sometimes you have to wait too for 20-30 minutes outside for the gate to open.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think there's too much unnecessary subjects given in the name of VAC and SEC and AEC becuae the options are completely irrelevant to the course. I'm a bcom student why will I study political science or hindi. If it's important to have these many subjects then give us subjects which are relevant to our course. There's mandatory EVS subject too and I think I have learned all that thing already in school so there's no need to study that.
