- The basic thing that any college must provide is the study atmosphere. Here, the college itself has the greenary filled surrounding that attracts each and every student .
- The most fascinating factor is the most awaiting college engineering fest -"BRAHMA" -that almost boosts the energy and give out the true vibe for celebration in the college.
- The lecturers are so cool and are friendly to students which avail them to freely communicate and understand things. The student-teacher bond is very well brought out that was very evident from my first few years in Adi Shankara .
Dislikes
- Since being a fresher, I was not into many programs even though there were many organized by the college itself as it meant missing out the lectures in between the programs even though it availed duty leaves.
Course Curriculum Overview
Being from a background with computer science, I chose computer for my BTech degree and was surprised to have many bio-science students along with me. Still, the problem of lack of base for them was cleared by the very first month of the studies. The course curriculum seems good, but had found out the time required to complete the lectures which intern with the programs in the college to tally with the teaching process of students. But we had catch up with the revision classes even though it was late and teacher's were very helpful.
Internships Opportunities
Being a First year , I am not too aware about the companies turning in , but still computer students have a big deal with wipro, google and many famous companies with high packages. The students with high potential are obviously given an extra push from the very beginning itself. From the data that I have acquired there is a high level of placemnt oppurtunity in th ecollege.
Placement Experience
There are many companies approaching for placement and the interviews were going on towards the last week and between the course time. Internship programs also were provided that bring out new oppurtunities to students. Students basically based from EC and Computer have the highest placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The structural features of college is all well and good which gives student to freely walk around at break times under the shades and mingling with the beauty of nature is really an interesting fact. The canteen provision is also available at the college which is healthy and tasty . Students can get into college at required times.
Campus Life
The life in campus is really extra ordinary. It gives the complete seperation between studies and celebration. There is no exception for anybody and the ideology and aspects of college life is followed even it is the most awaited day for the asietians - the college day. BRAHMA. It is a techno cultural event set up for more than a day improvising students to participate actively in all activities across india with exciting prize pools.
Admission
The admission process was so smooth and the college facilities are available that makes it friendly for a first time visiting student. It meets the requirements and care is given to the parents who are along with the students. The admission basis was with the KEAM cut off process and CBSE marks scoring sheet had also helped me avail scholarship within the merit seat.
Faculty
The teachers are very admirable since they provide all kinds of study materials even offline or online that will help the students to get completely into studies. Faculties are also taking their PHD along with the classes and will provide us extras whenever required.
