Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in commerce so I chose this course. Curriculum prepared me quite well for real world applications as they taught us accounting softwares as well. Areas for improvement would be more practical training and practical exams. Exams were held twice a year in may and dec. Difficulty level was average.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition was increased every year. Complete cost of my course was around 60000 and there were separate parking charges. I don't know about amount of scholarships as I didn't get any such. Campus employment was not provided.
Campus Life
Youth festival was held once a year. Books and journals are easily available in library. Classrooms were not air conditioned. Sports and extracurricular were offered by college and was good. There are various social groups and clubs in form of parties.
Admission
Commerce students can apply for the course. Application form was found on PU website. They provide concessions in fees to SC/ST students. Exams were held twice a year in may and nov. Admission process was good.
Faculty
1:20 is the faculty to student ratio. It impacted learning experience by providing proper teacher support and extra help in form of notes. Teachers approach of teaching was friendly and good. I interacted with teachers very often and they always welcomed me.
