I have taken Comedk because I basically non Karnataka resident. The course which I have choosen was ECE because I have interest in Electronics subject.

The course curriculum was basically theory oriented. There were many subject related to electronics and faculty was also in fact very good for our department but what I felt that engineering colleges should be more towards practical things then theory.

Generally the students have to apply for internships outside. As I have done my internship in BHEL but they were not providing any stipend. So the students have to search for the companies themselves.

Placement is actually good in our college if you study your subject thoroughly and acquire the in depth technical knowledge. In our giant companies like Adobe, TCS, IBM, Wipro, HP, Sociate general etc have came. The standard packages was starting from 3.2lpa from company like TCS and more then that from other companies.

The events were regularly celebrated with all kinds of events like Manthan which is very famous and various celebrity like Ajay devgan,kareena kapoor,alia bhatt ,arjun kapoor etc came to this event.

The fee structure for most of the colleges of Karnataka is quite expensive. For me yearly fee was 1.30 lac excluding hostel fees. But it was a little less compared to other colleges in Bangalore. For colleges outside Bangalore it was less.

No loans I have availed. I don't have much knowledge but one of my friend has availed the loans from canara bank as her father was in that bank itself. I think scholarship they provide but only to Karnataka students.

Campus life is good overall except a tinch of partiality in some department for north/south was there. Gender ratios was fine and the college environment also very good for students except that girls hostel was not in campus. It was 8-10 km from college.

In our times we generally had double sharing rooms and all the facilities were good except food as mostly south Indian food was available .

The juniors seniors interaction was good in our college as mostly in hostel was 1 junior and 1 senior. Senior generally used to guide us during placement times which was actually a very plus point.

No, the exams were not hectic like 3 internals were there in each semester and 1 lab internal after that external was there. So overall not so hectic nor chilled out but it varies from department to department.
