Likes

The most i like about my campus is the placement opportunities they gave to the students
The experienced teaching of faculties make the learning experience much easier

Dislikes

College is comparatively strict than other colleges
They put restrictions on clothing ways and students other personal matter which is not good
Social life and campus life is less here

Course Curriculum Overview

The course cariculam has everything that prepares us to eligible in this filed they make us good enough to be a expert in our field i think adding more lab activities can improve students knowledge about the branch of cariculam Timing of exams are a bit tough actually as a student like after finishing a exam and relaxing we get next exam suddenly as a burden Rather than only teaching make students do more seminars so students can prepare themselves and know more about a topic

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 7500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

If you get a seat as a merit student you should pay 70,000 per year and if take a management seat should pay a amout of 1 lakh per year and nri seats are much more than that Scholarships are available to students for students who have a great academical background and good rank in keam or jee Financial support are provided to all students who are not able to pay fees and are supported

Campus Life

Overall campus life is not that extroverted as compared to other campuses as our campus is quite strict club involvements are not active in our campuses though our college have programs campus life and social life is less

Admission

Admission process was quite good it was mainly through Kerala engineering portal and based on kean rank cut off for my beanch in my college was 30,000 rank something The aspect i dont like about admission was sc/st students get many previlages than normal students

Faculty

There is 2:6 faculty ratio and there is enough teachers for teaching students Aboyr faculty i have a good comments that they gave theirs best and consider it as their profession rather than a job which gave students a good learning experience

Life at CET

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

Remarks:

I only have postive thoughts about that campus. The campus helped me to remove my pre-occupations, inhibitions, fear etc. It gave a lot of memorable moments, large number of friends. The most special thing about the college is those memorable friendships with the faculties whos understand students very well.

I've heard that our college provide better placements compared to other colleges and the campus life is almost good so I choose this college. Mostly students prefer KEAM exam to get admission and cutoff is about 20k. The Experience of Teenager to an adult

Inorder to get admission for engineering course you must have atleast 10 marks for keam entrance exam.(if you are a nri student,the cutoff doesn't really matter). The admission process was nice. First you have to register for keam exam for admission in colleges in kerala. Then after the results of this exam,you will get your rank.
