Likes

The campus of YCCE engineering college is pretty good. The teaching faculties are supportive and strict also which is also a good thing.
The aspects that should be improved in my opinion is sports ground, there is ground for trials or anything.
The infrastructure is overall good. The canteen is also pretty good for average engineering college.

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not what you expect, if decided to take hostel then keep your expect low .
Fests and programs are very rare comparatively to other colleges in the city .

Course Curriculum Overview

The college was once popular for their mechanical engineering even compared with NIT Nagpur. It was one of the reason for me to take admission in Mechanical engineering. The faculty should take more time to complete syllabus, they usually teach fast when the deadline is near.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 173000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees depends on your Caste. As an OBC my Tuition fees is 1lac per year. There are also many charges for end semester examination . And other charges for in case you get backlog in your paper which is also more than most of the colleges. The on campus placement I think is also low just like average packages .

Campus Life

As a 1st year students my experience is in this college is little boring as there are not to enjoy like fest Ms and programs. This college more focused on studies like any other state board school. Like attendance should be above 75% , college uniform and such things.

Hostel Facilities

College has its own Hostel . And as an hotelite I will recommend to rent a room or flat . But the benefits you get from being an Hostelite is that you get to make new friends which is very easy once you are in hostel . The fees is high though in my opinion. For renting room Or Flat there are many in near areas.

Admission

Admission is process is pretty easy but lengthy. First you have register from college's official website, then anything else. Reservation benefits for lower cast is high their tuition fees is very low compared to others. The only improvement I think should be done in admission process is to allot more members or committee.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is ok , not so low. Their teaching methods are also good . Every teaching faculty have own way to reach and easy to approach. The interaction with teachers is mostly depends on you .

•I have applied for most of the autonomous colleges in Maharshtra but in YCCE the placement are comparatively better. I've also applied for Raisoni college and Priyadarshini college of engineering in Nagpur as in nagpur the cost of living is cheaper compared to big cities like pune and Mumbai. •Did not get the rejection from other colleges I just preferred this college above all colleges. •You can take admission through score card of Mht Cet and JEE mains & also through management quota.
