Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is a bit too much to handle.lots of portions are there to cover in so little time,which make it difficult to comprehend.But the course is easy to understand and is very relevant.the importance of the topics taught cannot be neglected.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 93000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure for management quota is around 1.5 Lakhs per annum.the state merit is 93000 per annum.and there are certain scholarships for minor and other castes.there are also scholarships based on the marks which is also helpful.

Campus Life

The cultural and technical festivals were pretty good. Especially the Brahma, which was a lot of fun.But there seems to be a lack in sports and extracurricular activities.The college has a large amount of clubs and social groups.

Admission

Admission process went smoothly as I had took Keam entrance examinations.the cut-off was in rank.the first allotment cut-off for merit was around 1600 and since I had a higher rank,I was easily able to get in.

Faculty

The faculty members are very friendly and approachable. They ensure to provide quality education and clear all the doubts. the faculty to student ratio is sufficient for the working of the class smoothly. The methods used by the faculty members are efficient and easy to understand

I do not know which companies visit as i have only joined this year but as what i know from the seniors the companies are looking for students with skills over marks. The average package offered is 100000-200000 per year and more than 10 companies visit per year. About 80 percentage of students are getting placed though campus placement. Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement after their 6th semester. Companies such as Tata ,TCS , ola , ather, ISRO visited our college for campus placement The average package offerdies 3 or 4 lakh per annum. The highest package at offer the tower college way up to 30 lakhs per annum If you are willing to sit for the placements many of the students could easily get placement about 80% My plans after getting degree is either doing some job and gaining some work experience for planning to go for higher studies

So when we consider curriculum, I was in 2015 KTU curriculum and it was not that much updated with current technology. But after there was 2019 KTU curriculum which is more adapted with current technology are better. So curriculum not only will help us to obtain real life experience, so they will need us to complete extra curricular activities which is need 100 points mandatory for course completion is there , so considering that it is a good thing. You need to do intership, courses etc.

Delving deep into the divinity.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to really enhance my programming skills due to which I planned to enrol for this course. The curriculum does not manage to prepare you for real world applications as most of the time they include just the most basic of examples. I wish they would take some input from students too in the curriculum creation. The internals are conducted twice in a semester along with an end semester exam. The exams are usually easy to moderately difficult.

From S6 onwards students will be able to sit in placements drive. In my college the placement is just OK. Many companies visited and above 100 offers were made. I have a crazy about computers,codes and many more that's why I like more computer related course and some good coding skills are necessary if you plan to move along the course.the time period of exam are very short if an exam pass by and next exam would be happening the coming 2nd week it's very hard to improve in that short period
