Remarks

The admission is mainly on the basis of cet for BE/BTech and through cap rounds. Acap admission is also there which is also on merit basis. No management quota but sindhi students get minority benefit. Cutoff for computer engineering is high

The course is so good as the college is autonomous it offers liberty to choose industry needed subjects and courses to gain expertise into. It gives idea about the course exploring various topics and making course interesting.

As i have just passed first year i dont have clear idea about placements. Although placements were decent until recent years but now due to recession opportunities are less. Still if one works harder he can get opportunities

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure ramge from 1.25 to 1.3 lakh per year. Various government and non government scholarships are available. Documents are needed for availing scholarship benefits. Placement opportunities are decent but due to current recession placements are not that good

Campus Life

Very engaging college life and lots and lots of events to showcase talent. Events start from furst year itself and all sorts of talents get platform to showcase rheir creativity. Very enjoyable college life good crowd.

Faculty

The faculty members posses advanced degrees in thisr respective fields and often bring extensive industry experience to classroom. They are friendly helpful and actively participate in students progress and achievements

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.
