College provide best placement.We will get many opportunities to attend the interview from various companies. Other thing is that of we are good at academics we can get better placements with high lpa

Dislikes

The college is so far from the city. So the transportation by private buses and private vehicles are not good. There are no nearby stores.

Course Curriculum Overview :

So talking about the curriculum, the first year was not good as expected. I think they want to include more computer based course in the first two sems, but we will be studying about the other engineering courses which I think is not upto the level. But after that year we will have more good subjects which is easy and interesting

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience :

From the sixth semester onwards you will get the opportunity to attend campus interview. All the best company like TCS, Amazon, Infosys are there. The highest package was 11 LPA. The average package was 4LPA range.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am studying with a yearly fee of 25k due to my minority advantage. So for me it is so affordable and it's worth to study in the college. But the management seats are 1.25L per year and it's pretty much big as you can switch to better colleges with that fees

Campus Life :

The campus life is so good. The seniors are so friendly here.The college provide many opportunities for a students personal growth, many clubs have been organised to make students active during their college life.

Hostel Facilities :

The room will be shared among three students.Each will get a bed,shelf and a table.It got attached bathroom.Meal quality is above average.Mess bil will be 4k per month.Room rent is 2k/month.hostel registration is done at time of admission. Got pg and rented rooms near college

Hostel Fee : INR 24000 per year

Admission :

The eligibility of the course is plus two science with good marks in PCM. The college admission is through KEAM. You want to attend the exam and have to pass to get management seats. For other generals you want to have a rank below 15k atleast.

Faculty :

They are really good in teaching. The faculty are so friendly. Very helpful. We can always clear our doubt with them.One insight about faculties are they will give valuable tips about the interview sessions before it which is so helpful for the students.

Campus is choosen wisely

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually the university curriculum is bit old fasion.Like the technology is a way head of the things that we are studying in the sessions.But the basis are well learned from it.The improvement we need in that is that to get out of the instituion as a proffesional that can handle the new technolgy that the real world work in.The curriculum is need to improve so much as per the technology improves the students want to know what all changes that are happening in the real world and they want to be trained according to that.

My Journey at MITS

Placement Experience:

Our campus placement will begin from 7th semester. From 5th semester onwards college will provide training for placements and we have placement cell for this. An average LPA of 5 is provided from our college. Good amount of companies visit our campus for placement and we also get oppertunity to go for off campus placement

Placement Experience:

In the 7th and 8th semesters, the students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys, and Spyridian, are the companies that often come for placements .3 -4 lakhs is the highest package given by these companies.The percentage of students getting placement is about 50-70. My plan is to go for higher studies or to go for a job.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
