Remarks

The admission process is mainly through an entrance test KEAM. There are so many reservation categories . The students belonging to each categories are included in special rank lists. The timing of the entrance test is about 3 hours this year onwards. The plus two marks also taken for the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very updated and strictly follows the ktu 2019 scheme. The curriculum is enriched with the real world applications and for further academic purposes. The lab teachers want to increase there knowledge about the substances in the lab. They are very careless while dealing with lab equipments . The exam time is around 3 hours .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is about 8650 per year . Our college is a government aided college so the fees is the same as that of government engineering colleges. The main scholarship provided here are MACE ALUMINY SCHOLARSHIP, QUATAR ALUMINY SCHOLARSHIP, E GRANTZ, SNEHAPOORVAM, etc. There are also scholarship for the students who is economically backward and very good at their studies.

Campus Life

Infrastructure campus life is very wonderful . The college provides enogh time and atmosphere for increasing the connections between the students and participating various activities .there are about 10000 books in the library. The main clubs here are nss, iot,asme, IEEE etc.

Faculty

The faculties that we teach are well educated as well as well knowledgeable about the subject. They are very friendly as well very kid. They help to solve the doubts and clears all the nessessary doubts and problems. The mentor is also very good and she is very rude in some particular cases .

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
