Course Curriculum Overview

The BBA degree stream is best taught in this college so i chose this course in this college The curriculum and the teachers properly prepares the student for his/her future initiatives The teacher can get a little polite with the students. Every other month there is exam so the frequency is pretty good

Internships Opportunities

Citimart, Malayalam Manorama,Lacozy etc are the companies in internships Very less work is given by the company as the stipend is also very less But the companies provides certificates of internships to all the workers

After the completion of 2nd year i.e 4th semester the student gets eligible for campus placement Companies like Amazon, Wipro, Tata consultancy centre, Deloitte etc comes for placement Highest is 5.4lakhs and avg 3.5lakhs per year 80% of students gets placement

Fees and Financial Aid

As per the government rule the bba course extended by 1year so its a total 4years course now so more ?120000 increased in the fees structure of college Total cost of admission including every semester is ?367000 and other than that every semester there is a compulsory exam fees i.e ?1200 No scholarships is provided to the students The stipends in internships are pretty less

Campus Life

Only one main festival happens in the management building which is btech and mba building the fest is called IEMPACT Classrooms are good with ACs There is no big campus in the college only a basketball is available Few clubs are there but not for all students

Admission

Previously in the year 2022 and the starting of cpuple months the college was under MAKAUT University but now its an autonomous college so in 2022 , a CET should exam has to be given to take admission but now its a straight admission The application form is only available in the ashram building iem office

Faculty

The faculty and students ratio is enough to conduct the classes. The teachers are well qualified to teach the stream As this college follows rules like a school so interaction is pretty much with faculties

Stepping stone to success

Placement Experience:

Now i am pursuing BBA in final year, from the 3rd semester i gotten the opportunity for internship in Godrej. And many companies came here like Honda, Tata, Dhoot Transmission pvt ltd.etc.Atleast 90% student getting placement from here, company came here and selected the eligible students for their organization. Placement Experience:

- Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.

Positive remarks about college, they specifically take care of everyone they call at home if any student is irregular or not serious about his/her study. So everyone attends classes and lectures a minimum of 75% and teachers motivate students for their all-over growth and performance.

So I take admission through WBJEE in IEM KOLKATA in B.tech in electrical engineering. So now I talked about eligibility criteria:- You should pass your +2 from any board with a maximum of 60% Admission in this college is 3 types WBJEE, JEE MAIN, IEMJEE all three forms you will get notified by college dunia if you have an account in it. So the IEM KOLKATA is one of the best private colleges in Kolkata and you can say in India also so the cuttoff goes very high you have to get minimum rank for this college. This college admission procedure takes 2 days 1st admission to the college it will take 6 hours. 2nd makaut registration will take next 4 to 5 hours. Review of My IEM University

When I was searching for the best college to get the admission, some people told me to try for Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) and after I got admitted to this college, I really understood that I selected the right college. I will always prefer this college because discipline is strictly obeyed in IEM and all the teachers are like parents. In 2019, admission was going on offline and it was held around the month of July. This year, due to covid pandemic, the admission process was held around the month of October and from 2nd November, online education started for the first year batch. According to me, the one and only bad aspect is that every semester, Rs. 65,000 is to be paid by each and every student to continue with their education which is quite high according to me.
