KIIT University - One of the Bset

If we look at today's world, computer science has gained a hike in the demands. The curriculum of our university is made so well that it gives the students the knowledge needed for their placements. If we talk about the improvements, in 1st year instead of having a biology paper, one more computer paper can be added. The tests are taken regularly including quizzes, assignments, surprise tests, mid-semesters, and end-semesters including practicals. The paper those are set are fully based on students understanding and intellectual.

For internships, many companies like Kaar Technologies, Salesforce, TCS, COGNIZANT, IBM GBS comes with stipend. Since I am in my first year, I don't have more such ideas but as I had heard they are good enough.

Students get placements after the 7th Semester. Many 750 companies have visited for placements like Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte, Cisco, KPMG, etc. The highest package for the last financial year was 63LPA and the average package stood at INR 6.5LPA. There were about 90%+ students placed last year. After getting the degree, I have a plan of going for the Master's degree.

Our tuition fee is 1,92,000 per semester and an admission fee of 75000/- taken once. Moreover, the exam registration fee for the year ends is 1000/- each. The hostel fee ranges according to your ac/non-ac or 3-bedded selection. My hostel cost was 50,000/- per semester for 3-bedded AC room. Another compulsory fee is the mess fee of 22,500/- per semester. KIIT merit scholarship varies from 5000-10000 INR per month for first position holder in semester examination for 6 months.

At KIIT University, the KIIT Fest is held annually. Moreover, there are Freshers for the newcomers. In the central library, there are a variety of books including famous journals, stories, and study materials. In the class, there are ACs and smart screens for teaching.In our campus, there are many sports complexes and a big indoor stadium. Every year, selection is made to choose bright students for the University team in every sport. Moreover, inter-hotel competitions are also organized. Yes, there are many clubs run by the students. om ca opt to join in it by giving an interview.

In our room, a personal bed with a mattress and a pillow. There are cupboards for storage and a study table. The meals are well enough with good taste and served four times a day. 4-5 days non-veg are also given. Aquagards are also there for water. For hostel, an link will be given before admission for choosing the type of hostel.

For admission in BTECH computer science, one has score more than 75 % in KIITEE examination organized by KIIT university. The application fees and the brochure can be found easily at the KIIT University web page. The KIITEE Exams are free of cost. The student can also KIIT through JEE Mains with percentile of 80 or more. I didn't like the management quota seats taking admissions without any exams only money.

At KIIT University, we have a healthy student-to-faculty ratio of 12:1 with 1800 faculty members offering an important curriculum. The approach is well enough, they clear the doubt of the students whenever asked. Moreover, they teach at the right pace so that the course gets completed at the right time providing enough time to revise. Nextly, our faculty members provide us with their emails and phone numbers to get our doubts cleared whenever needed. Nextly, we can also visit the cabin at the school hours as well.
