Likes
- To be very honest my college provides the best opportunities to its students
- When it comes to the exposure, again we have one of the best companies coming at our campus for recruitments
- The highly competitive environment forces us to grow
Dislikes
- The campus is not situated at a place where there is a good availability of resources
- Infra is way too good when compared to other clgs of du but sometimes it starts giving you a boring vibe
Course Curriculum Overview
The course isn't itself some big deal. Neither is the curriculum very difficult nor is there something too goofy or different from other courses. It's just that what this college is providing us, the exposure, the opportunities and everything, that thing we won't find in othwe colleges.
Internships Opportunities
For internships we have a lot of small cap companies and new companies which are yet themselves trying to spreadout their roots in the market. Though we are provided with many opportunities like digital market intern, ceo's assistant intern, strategy intern, finance intern and many more.
Placement Experience
When it comes to the placement, my college stands at the very top and competes with the BRANDS (bug colleges) like SRCC which is having an avg package of around 13 lpa. The avg package of my clg is 11.11 lpa and highest is 44.45 lpa which is astonishingly good and much higher than any of the du colleges.
Fees and Financial Aid
Though there are no campus employement opportunities in my knowledge but when it comes to supporting the underprivileged, my college provides various scholarship and financial assistance opportunities not only for the college course but also for other academic efforts that the student is putting
Campus Life
Clubs have played an integral part in my personal development because firstly, there was a highly competitive recruitment process which not everyone could get through. And even after that we have to relentlessly work hard in order to outshine others. Next up we have the infra which tbh is very good. Entire clg is centralised ait conditioned.
Admission
The admission process is very simple. You just have to appear for CUET and after that enroll in the CSAS portal of du and when u get the allotment list, you can simply check on the portal itself whether u were able to crack the cutoff or not. After that there is a small verification process for checking the authenticity of the documents which is surprisingly done in the very first days which usually isn't expected in du colleges.
Faculty
Most of the faculty members have done PhD in their respective fields. And it only that, they are also very supportive in nature and very dedicated towards their work. I've never seen any of them missing/cancelling any lectures without any genuine reason. And most of them are also very friendly in nature so the students feel quite free around them.
Other Applied Colleges
Shri Ram College of Commerce - [SRCC] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}
I opted for it but couldn't fulfill the marks criteria
