Likes

College is green and good campus. Peacefull environment.
There is no dress code quite freedom in college.
Study wise it is good. Good teachers focus on studies.

Dislikes

Laboratories are not updated. Needs to be more improved.
College ranking slowly going down. Need to do better in student visibility.
Placements are decent can be improved a little more.

Course Curriculum Overview

I liked electronics items so choosed the course. But course is not that insightfull. All theory nothing related to industry or modern needs. Though CBCS gives a better option by providing choices to students to opt For subjects. Each semester has 2 optional subjects.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Students became eligible only in final year 7th sem of course. 20 to 30 companies visited the college. Some good some bad. Overall decent placement not much high. Only few quality companies visit. Mostly are mass recruiters only. So 1 job in mass recruiter is fixed for cs and ece students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee very high for this degree. If you join through comedk it is 2lakhs per year. That is quite expensive But if you join through cet only 40k per year. So join through cet if you belong to karnataka. Basically state biased policies are there.

Campus Life

Good experience. Verve is a fest it is for 4 days. Very nice fest and separately there are branch wise fest also. Verve is very amzing each year 1 star comes to college . Full fun during verve. Best fest in bangalore.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good room wise but bad food wise. Hostel is spacious and comfortable. All should live 1 year in Hostel. Is fun and connecting with everyone. Seniors juniors everyone is connected and play together.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Admission

Application process is through a written exam Comedk or cet. Then counseling on basis of scores. Jssate bangalore ranks 12 in bangalore or karnatka. Application can be also done through management quota. Not much high fees.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is quite good. The classes are split in 60 students per class . Ratio would lie somewhere near 1:10. There are faculties each department wise.all are good. Each subject have 1-2 faculty.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
