All About Mallabhum Institute Of Technology

Our college Mallabhum Institute of Technology(MIT) is a college which is under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology(MAKAUT), and AICTE also. So the curriculum of our college follow MAKAUT curriculum, the whole syllabus or curriculum helps me to do something new for real world, this curriculum really helps me to be a successful computer engineer, the total course duration is 4 year, in each year there are two semester conducted in every six months but one problem is sometime the gap between two semesters decreased in 4 or 5 months otherwise nothing, all is well.

There are many companies and startups like Ardent Computech PVT LTD., Elenxia Ed Tech etc., Tata, Rashmi Metalics etc. collaborate with our college to provide internship opportunities to our students and they also give placement assistance and some companies provide stipend also to the students, the companies give 10 to 20 thousand rupees for 3 or 6 months.

I am now in 2nd year so I did not face any placement related things but I heard from my seniors that i our college gives placements every year only after 4th year 8th semester. I also heard that average 4 to 50% students of last yar get pacement not all the students but one problem is average package of placed students is too low, that is 400000 LPA, there are many companies like Infosys, Tata Consultance Services, Wipro, CTS , Rashmi Metalics etc. company come to our college, I suggest for all my juniors don't wait for campus placement, please try for off- campus pacement, that's all about placement opportunities in our college.

I like the fee structure and the availability of scholarships, financial assistance very much but I really dislike the camppus employment opportunities becaue the average package of the placed candidates is too low, the is 400000 LPA, so I dislike it. Now I am telling about fees structure, the fee structure is very affordable in our college, the fees for all stream varries due to demand of the courses like the Computer Science And Engineering stream is most demandable in our collge so the fees of this course is too high but affordable, thhe average fees ios 240000 for four years, for financially damaged students there are many scholarships are available like SVMCM scholarship of West Bengal government and new studenrt credit card scheme is considered in our college and other non government scholarships are available like Jio, Colgate, HDFC and other scholarships, otherwise there are some attractive scholarships available from college side, that's all.

Our campus life is very funful, there are many eventts conducted in every year, they always try to focus on social aspects, club involvement and the infrastructure, there are two main social events that are annual sports and fest which are coducted every year on the beggining of the year and there are a cafeteria is available for all students and faculty members, the all stdents spend there off time in the cafeteria, overall our campus life is very much enjoyful.

The whole admission process is very good, it is easy to understand actually to take admission in B.Tech courses, the candidates must pass their HS exam and also it is important to pass with good rank in WBJEE, JEE MAIN etc. exams, I did not avail any reservation because I am general but there is reservation system available for minority cast like SC, ST, OBC etc. The online application form is not available, the application form must be collected from the admission cell of our colllege only and there is a minimum seat booking amount is required that is 5000 rupees only otherwise direct admission after HS is considered in our college without any entrance exam.

Not only our CSE department faculties, the all faculties are experienced, they all have M.Tech degree and some of them have Phd. degree, they teach in a friendly manner, they give quality teaching to us, they are very experienced and also have teaching experience otherwise some of them now work as researcher, that's all.
