Remarks

Civil engg cut off is around 30-40 percentile in for cet students . The addmission process has done very smoothly but I took time to pay fees and got the fees receipt because of technical error otherwise the process was smooth enough and reservation students have less fees than open category students

Civil engg us is not a tougher degree to achieve or not a easy degree to achieve it has various projects and assignments to do in between the degree period Mini project on bridges, tunnels , buildings infrastructure,etc

Campus placements are there they are held in last year , various companies come to visit clg and take interview of students. Recently the comps students got around 15-16 lakhs salary package. Its campus placements percentage is almost 80% students gets the placement from clg

Tution fees has been taken from the clg but they are co operative the comparative with each and every student to get there work done, clg has consetion facilities woh travel from panvel , badlapur etc locations not for them the consention is for everyone

Campus is good enough to enjoy with you frnds and the security guard are very caring they take care of every student If there are sitting on any high edge the immediately tell them to get off . Because of ther got hurt that will be very bad for clg

Faculties has done Msc and PhD inthere respective feilds Eg MSC in phy PhD in chemistry Mcs computer science Interaction between teachers an students are good thev help us to doubt solving and teaches us very nicely

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Datta meghe is moderate tier 3 college, i choose this college because it is near my home and my cousin also studied from this college it is good . I am trying for VIT Mumbai which my aim to get but cut off of this college is high. In datta meghe you can get addmission through jee, mht cet and management Cet cut off for computer branch is near to 92.5 percentile for general for caste it is low Most of the students get addmission through MHT cet in my college. I got this college through Mhtcet exam, and yes I opted for other college too but the cutoff for branch i wanted was too high in other college so i had to take admission in DMCE. talking about the admission process you can take admission through 2 ways: Official goverment rounds or management rounds. Majority of students take admission from cap round which accepts both Mhtcet and JEE examination. 90% of students get admission by Mhtcet exam. i have applied for many ot the colleges like somaiya, vjti, dy patil but my percectile was no that good for those colleges thats why i choose datta meghe college and my travelling time also becomes less my admission process was they basically look for your cet and java percentile the candidatemust have passed class 12 with subjects like phy chem and maths for direct second yr admission candidate should have a diploma in enginnering or technology with a minimum of 45% admission process is step 1: apply for mht cet or jee main.step2: appear for the exam.step3:after the exam results ,participate in the centralized admission by the Directorate of technical education maharashtra. step4: for mht cet ,based on the rank and preferences the DTE college will allot seats in various eng collegs including datta meghe college step 5: after seat allotmnet candidates need to verify documents and pay the admission fees to cinfirm the seat...Read More
