Civil engineering one of very intersting branch to learn, it gives you insight of how world around you is built and teaches how you can contribute to it. All the courses are well presented and most of the courses have their labs as well which gives us practical knowlege. Sometimes its hard to understand professors. Most of the student complete their syllabus using online lectures. There are too many exams in this course we can say around every week way have to face an exam.

I am ST stdent so I get a 100% tution fee wavier., but I do have to pay hostel, mess, course, and other expenses. For SC/ST student the total fees for four years is around 5-6 lacks. Most of the students with financial problems are benifitted by some scholorships like NSP(National Scolorship Portal), FFE(Foundation For Excellence), State Scholorships, etc.

My campus life is not going very great. The most important thing after joining a college is make good friend group. There are many clubs in college and almost 16 hour (24 hours during exams) library time. College organises proper sports (like- Inter hostel games, Inter IIT, etc) and cultural activities (Fest like Rendevouz, Tryst, etc). i would suggest you to join or atleast try different clubs from there you will get great connectioins

For admission you have to clear JEE Advanced with good rank and according to your rank you may fill your preferances and after all kind of shorting you are provided with a college and branch according to your rank and the preferance list you have filled. For reserved student the cuttoff for any top college is very low comparitively. Its very difficult exam India's toughest exam.

In our college there is great number highly qualifies faculty which is around 1:8. Most of them are grafuated for univerities aound world and fun fact: around 40% faculty is IIT Delhi alumini. So its great to have them. We can interact regulary after class hours and the time slot they have provided.
