- YCCE has huge, beautiful green Campus with great futuristic Infrastructure. Also the placement is good.
- Campus has 3 canteens, auditorium, conference rooms, great labs and classrooms having capacity of 60 to 70 people
- Faculty is great, helpful. All of them are great at there respective subject. Most of them are with phd and experience of average 4 to 15 years.
Dislikes
- YCCE has more theoretical curriculum which sometimes gets overwhelming. They should make it more practical.
- There fees structure is just not suitable for middle class people.
- They don't provide relevant knowledge which will lead to make the student future career ready.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was in Electronics and Telecommunications branch which deals with integration of both software and hardware for telecommunication and network aspect and I was passionate about that. YCCE has curriculum less practical but yes there content of course is good and also you get access to the huge liabrary.
Internships Opportunities
Mostly the company in which you got placed gives the internship otherwise YCCE do provide internship in your respective core branch. I have done internship in SAP MM module in Capgemini, Where they given practical training of SAP and Technologies.
Placement Experience
In 7th semester, placement process starts. To get eligible for placemen, one should not have any backlocgs. Companies like Capgemini, Accenture, Mahindra, TCS, Infosys any many more 100 companies visit every year. Highest package is 20lap and average is 4 lpa. I am 2023 passout and currently working in Capgemini as an jr. Analyst.
Fees and Financial Aid
For general category they have 120000 fees per year and for OBC, 600000 per year. They have policy of increasing the fees by 5 % each year. Complete cost for OBC student would be 500000 including stay. Student can opt for scolarship or other seats such as TFWS which reduces tution fees. Campus Life
College life was great if I think of annual gathering 'Yash', semester wise tech and fun events, ongoing clubs and competitions. The liabrary was huge and had great ambience. Classrooms has 60 to 70 people capacity with digital boards. Campus has playgrounds. and ongoing sport events.
Admission
Eligibility is on your CET score, with above 50 pointer you could easily get admission in YCCE. In caprounds only you can do the process. If you have reserved catogary then you can have benefits of less tution fees. There are semester exams and 2 term exams each semester.
Faculty
YCCE has great faculty from first year to final year. All the teachers are well in there respective subjects. Most of them have with phd. and experiences on an average 4 to 15 years. All of them are helpfull. Teachers follow given curriculum which they need to complete in respective time. Classroom sessions are very interactive. Students can ask any question any time.
