- Campus is spread around 200 acres and it's green campus.new hostels are good in infrastructure with all facilities leaving ac room
- New academic building is good classroom are fully air conditioned and with smart class facilities also there is canteen in it labs are quite good.
Dislikes
- Campus is very old around 60 year so the main acadmic building and all the hostel leaving new ones are in bad condition mess food is not good
- Placement of core branches is very less and internship opportunities are also very less students have to apply off campus interships
- Campus life is ok but not so good . Rules can change anytime sometimes fest will not held
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is quite old doing assignment project which are all useless. There are two examination helds in every semester which is from books no real practical no such experiment there is no project making
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities in the college is not so good many of them apply off campus only there is internship for tech branches other do not get internship.there is cgpa criteria for applying in internship which is more than 8 cgpa
Placement Experience
From 7 th semester company start visiting.tip company are JP Morgan Microsoft ICICI Bank reliance and many other highest package of this area is 70 lakh whereas Lowest 3 lakh . placement percent is different for all branches
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure of msc is 25000 per semester hostel fee is 16300 which is also called registration fees.only Bengali students get scholarship there is no scholarship provided by college. Nsp scholarship is there which is for PWD students only
Campus Life
Two fest happen every year and many other events held in every festival and lot other .there are many club for organising this all which is good for interactions with others. Fir sports there is inter nit event
Hostel Facilities
So the new hostel are good with wifi facilities lift good washroom but new hostel are only two and rest ten are old very bad on condition.mess in every hostel provide low quality food . registration is there in every semester fir hostel
Admission
Through jee mains admission is there in btech integrated msc and IIT jam gate and all no direct admission.bengali gets 50% quota in admission and cutoff. Get this college with 1 lakh rank in jee mains for reservation category
Faculty
From qualification so the almost all facilities are IIT graduate. teaching methodology is old of many of the professor.student teachers interaction is less.some of them are very good. All the faculty members are Bengali.
