DNLU: A Budding NLU

The admission to the college is completely based upon the CLAT score. The Madhya Pradesh domicile got reserved seats in the college. Accordingly, there is reservation for SC/ ST and OBC classes as per the government guidelines and there is also one more reservation for the defence category. There is no such sports quota

The curriculum is comprehensive and complies with the UGC guidelines perfectly and in the coming years they were introducing more and more subjects for the honours curriculum. The curriculum perfectly covers all the laws required for a five-year Curriculum

The college has an internship and placement cell which brings in good internships and placement for the students and the college also offers two internship breaks in a year. The high court in Jabalpur offers ample of internships internship opportunities for students.

The college being a budding NLU do not have placement as such but in the forthcoming years it is expected to grow exponentially. Many of the previous year students qualified the MP judiciary civil Judge Examination. And around five or ten students from each batch secure their basement in firms like jsa legal Wadhwa Law Associates and Argus etc.

The fee is a bit exorbitant for a budding annually like dnlu but the fees justified because of the non availability of a permanent campus. But the M.P. government and the financial aid of the college support a lot of students with their fee liablities.

Though the college lack in this infrastructure for now but it has ample of playgrounds and buildings. The college holds a great culture with frequent parties and DJ Nights amongst various cultural and co-curricular events.

The hostel facilities are quite good with all the necessary amenities provided to the students and it holds a 3rd party mess within the hostels with a subsidised rate. The hostel rooms are equipped with coolers and cupboards. It also offers a study table and a bed alongside.
