SGSITS review

I chose CSE because I had interest in CSE subject due to IP subject during school, Also I saw a career for myself in same branch. Curriculum of CSE is very well prepared in accordance with requirements after you need a internship during final year, till that time you have learnt most of the subjects which will come handy in internship. Areas of improvements does not need much because professors support you with everything you require and HOD is also very supportive to give your inputs in form of suggestions

Our college has certain clubs consisting of CIDI or IDEA club which do provides internship if there are projects available during summer holidays or during courses ongoing. Roles offered under the internships includes anything which you are capable of doing and it do includes the study that you have been doing in college, internships varies for CS IT students and also for core branches students.

In our college student become eligible for placements after their 6th semester of their academic curriculum. However students can start doing internships from their first year of college itself outside or online college. List of companies visiting our college can be find on college site according to courses and year I think most of the students get placed in our college, ratio is high on cs it branches rather than core branches My plan was to get place only after getting degree

As I joined college at that time fees were increased during our batch's admission, but yes about fees it's same for most branches except IT and BM, there fees is bit more than other branches. College do provide State scholarship and Medhavi scholarship and Category scholarships as well being a Govt. Autonomous college. Medhavi scholarship generally covers all funds including the tuition fees and the hostel fees there is the state scholarship which is post matric scholarship given according to the categories, does only covers the part of tuition fees or mostly it gives full scholarship to SC and ST category but to OBC and general category peoples it give some part of the scholarship according to the income of the family. Also there are some tribal scholarships for the SC or ST categories which is given which provides all the tuition fees and I think also the hostel fees is covered in that. College also provides campus employ

The annual and technical fest held in our college differs because technical fest maybe new each year but annual fest in our college is AAYAAM. Central library of our college comprisers of many books and journals be it fictions or be it study related. Facilities and technical provisions are that college have digital classrooms comprising of projectors smart board and all such requirements Sports and extra curricular activities are also paid attention in our college Yes there are various student and social groups clubs which includes NCC NSS and various other branch clubs.

Hostel facilities quite well there are four hostels of boys and 3 hostels of girls Meal quality is also good of our hostels and other facilities are also well For registration process for hostel you need to pay attention to college website and fill accordingly when the notice comes No I was hosteller so I am not aware of but our college does have many societies in the surrounding so you may find rented PGs and rooms and flats easily in very close vicinity.

Eligibility of the course was to take PCM as your main subject in class 12th and also there was some cutoff eligibility of 12th class percentage and of JEE percentile. After giving your JEE exams you need to apply for the college counselling on state counselling site to fill the choice of your college and fill this on your choice list and then according to the branch cut off will be able to get the college and branch if you come in that cut off ranks. My caste was OBC so cut off rank was less for OBC branch and I was able to get the branch. Army personnel's children can also avail the benefits of sainik category. Also there is a last category other than counselling round and first upgradation ground, then there is CLC level counselling for admissions.

The professors are very well qualified in their fields as we had professors in CSE department who had experience of many years and also they had Industrial experience which guided students for their Major projects and other guidance.
