Likes

People are nice, warm, helpful, innovative environment
Infrastructure and design of building and fully air conditioner buildings

5 person per room, not developed campus at all
Not great fest, lack of privacy as room is shared between 5people
Very small space is provided in hostel, washroom are always untidy

Course Curriculum Overview

In first year itself they start teaching core subjects itself. Such that we get to know of syllabus from rhe 1st year itself and helps us to decide what we want to do after graduation. Fully developed labs gives some field experience or eeal life experience.

As i am still in first year. So i have not much idea about internships in our college but our college provides internship and some students get internship of 50 thousand as well. Many students get internship

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placement from 5th sem. Companies that have visited our campus are s follows Cadence Intel Swiggy Zycus Optum Samsung ZS Cognizant Phone pay Adobe Highest package was around 80lpa and average is around 18lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

Complete cost of education will be around 330000 including tuition, service fees, and other compulsory charges. Students opt for scholarship from national scholarship portal and they are being updated by scholarship cell

Campus Life

Anveshna in sep or august and dandhiya nights in oct or nov and altius which is sport fest is in February and technical and robotics which are quite interesting and there is winning price as well which make it more compe2and interesting.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilitate are not so great as there are 5 person in each room. So there is lack of privacy and we have to manage a lot as everyone has different different schedule which is quite not great for our life

Hostel Fee: INR 56000 per year

Admission

Admission was done on the basis of jee main percentile. Application form cn be easily find out from jossa counselling and application fees and date are uploaded on website nitdelhi.ac.in Exams are held everyday for a week.

Faculty

Faculty is cooperative, helpful and has a great way of teaching. They tell us abour2 application and make us think that how can we create something which is helpful in our branch, how can we be of help in our environment.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college is good if I compare it to other colleges except iits and some nits. Students get eligible in 6 sem for college placements. Many company visits my college during college placements like Google, microsoft, amazon, flipkart, uber etc. they offer good packages highest package which I remember is around 1.2 cr and the lowest is 4lpa. Percentage of students who got placed in my branch is 57 percent where this no. becomes 80 or 90 percent in case of tech branches. My plan after getting degree is to get placed in any company with around 15-20lpa or I will prepare for government exams.

College Life in My College (NSUT)

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year the students are become eligible for campus placement and showcase their skills to getting the placement. There are so many companies visiting the college every year apple, Microsoft, DRDO, swift, google, airforce, facebook, meta etc it is dependence on your skills and learning experience and college CG marks to get placement from oncampus company by giving interview and doing exam of specific company that you want to apply in which course you specialist. In my course it is newly launched course in which companies are offering highest package to students in previous years average package goes to 13 lac and highest package goes to 24 lac and this year average package goes to 14-15 lac and highest goes to 48 lac. In my course 60-80 % students are placing in compies all over the world.

I got Computer science in this college and was near to my place. It has all facilities which is required by a student. College is affiliated to GGSIPU. College has lift facility, parking facility, RO water, advanced labs for all the students.

Remarks:

The management is quite strict about academics and any sort of dishonesty is not tolerated (even if you copy slightest of thing from assignment, they have advanced technologies to detect the plagiarism) and straight away an F grade is given (which is Fail in that course). But this helps us doing things on our own and learning a lot. The research culture is very good here. Btech students from first year starts contributing to it.

Without any doubt the experience till now is awesome and unforgettable.

Remarks:

What different our university from other colleges across the country is that it teaches us to have a better way of life. A whole lot of people exist and we need to learn to cooperate, tackle, take things in our stride and learn to just let minor things go. College prepares you for that. Other than that, our management turns out to be a hiccup for students whether it is getting signatures or getting your work done. Despite this, Jamia will be one of the best universities.

Review about my first individual decision in life (NIT Delhi)

I got 99.31 percentile in JEE MAIN 2024 and 118 marks in JEE ADVANCED 2024 . Being a general category student, it is difficult for me to get into any of the IIT in a good branch( the same year there is an abrupt hike in cutoff marks nearly 20-30 marks than previous year) So I decided to get into NIT with a good branch rather than other courses that Im getting in new IITs Now my best available options are EEE in NIT warangal, ECE in NIT Calicut and ECE or CSE in NIT kurukshetra/ Delhi I was pssionate in choosing ECE branch as I was keen on learning about chips, and semiconductor devices and their wide applicability. So either I can to Calicut, kurukshetra or Delhi. I have choosen Delhi over the others as it is a capital city and there is a high exposure to industries. Calicut nd kurukshetra also offers a good and those are old NITs, but it is a bit difficult even for transportation and even flight charges are so high for Calicut from my home town (VSKP). So keeping all these things in mind I choose NIT Delhi ECE The admission into NIT Delhi is only though JEE MAINS, so score well minimum 99+ percentile to get a decent branch in NIT Delhi(for a general category student)...Read More
