Computer science and engineering is a well known course in the field of engineering as IT companies are emerging in a very fast paced way, and so by learning computer course we'll be very much apt for applying for a good job. Improving certain areas of the curriculum can be very helpful as some parts of studies is different. Improving hours of class can be helpful and also making use of computers in studies can also enhance the way we study. Exams are almost between every 6 months and study leave is given atleast 3-4 days between every exam. Given the timings and interval between every exams, we can say that there is enough time for everyone to study.

Many companies like Infosys and from technoPark comes to our college for placements and students who are in year 3 or above can apply for those opportunities. Projects related to nearly any technological matter are always a huge way to get opportunity like these.

From semester 3 onwards we can start applying for campus placement. Many companies offers placement during this time in our college. Average package of 1 lakh per annum is available in placements. Almost 60-70 percentage of students who studies here gets placement through our placement cell. After getting the degree, studies like M.tech or MBA are more effective and can be persued by an above average student very easily.

Tuition fees are not regularly increased, but there are different types of fees structures for different categories of students like from a lower cast or religion student will get more fees reduction than others students. Fees that a regular student have to pay is almost upto 70000 and it is 40000 for students who join through writing entrance examination. E-grantz is one of the scholarship available for students. Campus ambassador and being a class representative are the roles I have took part in untill now.

College fest are held every year around February or March is one of the very important events that happen alongside campus fest that happens during the months of October or November. Having two different libraries is always a blessing so that we can have access to any type of book at ease. Every classrooms are equipped with projectors and screens for making teaching more easy. Every year different types of sports competitions are held in our college even though oru ground is not that great. We have IEEE, IEDC, and many more clubs in our college which greatly influences the mind of students and help them to lead a great college life through technology.

Applying for engineering can be done by students who passed higher secondary school with maths and physics as their main subjects. Application form for applying can be found on the website of the college or through KEAM, an entrance examination conducted in Kerala. Examination happen once In every 6 months and will get about 3-4 days interval. Admission process requires more physical presence and if it can be done through online processes then it would be more efficient.

Number of students are low compared to other well known colleges in the city due to which student-to-faculty ratio is almost like 10:1 and so learning experience is so great. Asking doubts and getting individual attention is easy. Interaction between teachers and students can be done more often as they are available for you all the time other than during their class times.
