Likes

Faculty teaching methodology was good as I learned a lot from them
Infrastructure was good as our college has digital classrooms,labs, auditoriums,sport grounds, canteen, digital libraries etc

Dislikes

A lot of assignments and presentations you need to give as their is weightage for them in the overall marks
During the span of just 4 years as I saw a steep increase in the price of everything in this college like bus fees, examination fees, tution fees etc. For an example in my first year the price of a record was 90rs and in my fourth year it was 150rs.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was great I would say and there is so much scope to learn apart from the regular curriculum you will get the chance to select additional courses for majors and minors to get the extra credits.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

When I joined the college the tution fees was 1.25L per year and later it was increased to 1.33L per year, this fees is considered when you joined this college through Eamcet. If you're opting for management quota, fees will start from 2.75L per year and you will be given concession based on how many referrals that you have got.

Campus Life

My campus life was great as I had lots of fun. All classrooms will be equipped with projectors and has decent no.of labs with good systems. All the grounds/courts were available for all the types of sports and every Saturday from afternoon is dedicated to the sports. We will have both technical and non technical fests which will happen in the month of March.

Admission

Admission was easy as I was selected through eamcet and cutoff for general students for CSE should be less than 8K rank. Another way to get into the college is you need to write AUCET exam which was conducted in both offline and online modes. If you are qualified in AUCET exam then scholarship test will be conducted and based on your performance college fee will be reduced.

Campus placements from our college are very less like. Only some people get the opportunity And students in the 4th year will be eligible for campus placements. From all enquiries, I have noted that only 20 out of 50 people get job opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement from the beginning of final year that is fourth year / 7th sem and coaching or preparation for placement is provided by college in the 3rd year that is in the end of 5th sem to starting of 6th sem .The number of companies visit the college is around 50 and the 50% of students from final year are placed through the campus placement .The highest package is around 23 lpa and the average package is around 4 lpa.My plans after getting degree is to pursue mtech in Top IITs.

Overall Experience was good but not best

I applied for Vellore Institue of Technology but I didn't opt for it because the fees were too high for me. The admission for Anurag University was based on the TS EAMCET marks and exam counseling. The Campus is with good infrastructure and lab facilities. A grade accredited by NAAC. Faculty is also good. Placements are good for CSE and IT branches.
