I'ld rate this course 8/10 as you are only benefitted after taking cse in this college as other branches are not that supported but if you are ready to work hard then you clear anything. So, exams are held three times in one semester,2 mst and one final

Placement Experience

Placements are average in this college as highest package i came to know about was around 12 lpa. mostly students gets their placements at the end of 3rd year or at the starting of 4th year. As i have rarely seen a 4th year student in clg.

Fees and Financial Aid

As i have seen in 1 year tuition fee is being increased by small amounts in each semester. If you want estimation then ,total amount you are going to spend in one year is around 200000. You can awail several types of scholarship in this college.

Campus Life

Campus life is very amazing here.also here air is much purified due to greenery everywhere.recently sports meet was held and no doubt it was amazing. This year aquitas fest was held in our college and it was very informative, enjoyable, and also dj nights was also there with famous singers.

Hostel Facilities

You will get a little bit disappointed regarding hostel. As there is no issue in staying in hostel but you will be disappointed by the mess's food. It's not that good. Despite of hostel you can also opt for pg. As there are no. Of pg's around college.

To be eligble in this college you must have cleared jee mains and must have scored below 100000 rank as then only you can get cse branch in special round of jac chandigarh.Side by side you must have aggregate 75% marks in your 12th standard

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??

Peaceful and green campus of PUSSGRC

Firstly I have applied for Himachal Pradesh Technical Univeristy, Hamirpur, before joining Panjab University Swami Sarvanand Giri regional Centre, Hoshiarpur. I got CSE there, but left because the placement scenario is not as I expected, as it is a new college and still progressing, while UIET, PUSSGRC has a good placement scenario of 70-80% placements and has a good reputation. Admission to this college is on the basis of JEE Main exam and by appling JAC Chandigarh Counselling.
