The ragging free campus . And the environment in the campus
The play grounds and interact with seniors
All are friendly to every one and happy living

Dislikes

The food in the campus is same and non changing of menu
Less supported to the sports and only few are encouraged
The wardens are too strict and not allow outings

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is good and quite easy . As it is linked to computer science and it also has robotics learning in this course. To join this course u should be have a good score or should be paying more money than the nrml people

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is divided into 4 slabs based on the rank you score in the entrance examination. It will be divided in the conculling time . 1st slab is the best with low money to pay . And the rest slabs increase with 50k each

Campus Life

The campus is good and environment inthe campus is also very good as it is ragging free college and no ragging . And the involvement in the clubs and social aspects are good . They even take place in environment cleaning

Admission

The admission process is quite simple as normal colleges . We just need to bring all forms and certificates to the college and submit before joining. The percentage should be minimum of 65 % in all . Then only I will be approved

From 6th semester we will get the placement assist .almost all mnc and top companies in india visits the college , namely cognizant ,oracle, tcs , infosys , capgemini , accenture , mu sigma , and many others along with startups . few companies offers direct fte roles, whereas few take students as interns and provide fte(full time employment).package will be between 3 to 36 lpa. rules during college placement drive are there will be 3 buckets , less than 7 lpa bucket 1 , 7-15 lpa bucket-2, above 15lpa bucket -3 , if a student gets any offer in specified bucket then he/she wont be eligible to apply for companies withe the salary range of that bucket. They provide international placement opportunities also , specially the zenken company collaboration , helps to get japan companies placement assist.

Placement Experience:

Generally I pefferd this college because of the college's reputation in placments . Students generally get placed into company's in 7th sem . Generally companies like TATA, IBM, Infosys, Amazon , Wistron, Accenture, Xoriant, Hp etc . generally 800 + students gets offers . Highest package is around 30+ Lpa and avearge package is 7 Lpa .MY plan is to try for both placements and also Gate examination

My life in Amrita as an Undergraduate

I applied to PESU in bengaluru, i wanted CSE but got into ECE so i chose AI and DS in Amrita over ECE in PESU. Also fees was lesser in Amrita compared to PESU. I wanted to apply for MIT, bangalore but since the college was very far and the fees was huge i diidnt apply, plus i already got into amrita by then. And since i am from bangalore and didnt want to leave the place i didnt try for colleges outside of bangalore. The admission process for my college is either through the entrance exam conducted by them which is AEEE or through JEE. I got in through JEE since it was better than my AEEE score. with a rank below 3k students might get into slab 1 for any course if they are from bangalore due to local quota....Read More
