Amrita school of engineering , Banglore

I applied to PESU in bengaluru, i wanted CSE but got into ECE so i chose AI and DS in Amrita over ECE in PESU. Also fees was lesser in Amrita compared to PESU. I wanted to apply for MIT, bangalore but since the college was very far and the fees was huge i diidnt apply, plus i already got into amrita by then. And since i am from bangalore and didnt want to leave the place i didnt try for colleges outside of bangalore. The admission process for my college is either through the entrance exam conducted by them which is AEEE or through JEE. I got in through JEE since it was better than my AEEE score. with a rank below 3k students might get into slab 1 for any course if they are from bangalore due to local quota....Read More

I got eee in pes and ai in amrita. I lowkey joined amrita without any choice....even though i like the course i joined a lot...the college environment is very very bad and some of my classmates struggle in reading english too, it was soo bad we had a subject mandatory called english were they would teach verbs and nouns and all....Read More

I e apied to bits pilani, nit and vit apart from this college. Bits was my dream college but corona, my health issues which became really serious affected my studies and the exam. I had to take injection while writing. It was that bad. Vit- I got admission in Vellore campus but backed off since it's too far and it's very huge campus and heard there are many suicide cases and many disciplinary problems especially among the relation between boys and girls. Nit, I didn't want to go because Amrita is better in terms of discipline and placement. They were well known and I prefer private than government college because of the discipline and care the university give. My campus doesn't have ragging issues like other colleges and they take strict actions against ragging....Read More
