Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course curriculum is very good. I choose this course as I was very much interested in life sciences. It covers all the aspects of life sciences and prepare us for all the possible conditions in the real. Best example is the invention of corona vaccination. Topics in the masters course can be more updated to the latest ones. Two main exams are there that is mid term and end term along with several assignments and presentations.

Placement Experience

3.5

From 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like serum institute, sun pharama comes for job interviews. As of now I m not aware of the highest packages of individual companies. It depends and varies from company to company. Almost every student is getting placed somewhere.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is about 1,60,00 per year for masters program. This fee includes everything in it. There are several scholarships provided by the university. It can be checked in there website. There are few special scholarships for students coming from gulf countries. As I'm still in my first year of masters. Campus employment is not there yet.

Campus Life

4

Campus Life is very good. The scenery from the campus is too good to see. Many different clubs such as sports club, dance club and many several other clubs are there for students and even faculties too. A huge library isbthere which provides with both online books as well as physical copies. Smart classrooms are there. Labs are well equipped. Different courts for sports are also there. In life sciences department an activity named rubisco is there which generates magazine related to science every month. It is runed totally by students.

Admission

Eligibility is to have a bachelor's degree in science. Application forms can be filled online through there main site. Admission was on the basis of Online Exam and personal virtual interview. Both the scores where combined. Exams where easy and logic based. The only thing I didn't liked about the examination was that there were too many and long logical questions and time to solve was not enough. This can be imporved.

Other Applied Colleges

Way too far from my home state.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the GIPE are decent. This year the highest package offered was 18 lakhs per annum by Deloitte and IDFC FIRST Bank. Although the placements are not 100% but it's around 60%. Students need to work hard and score well in aptitude test and they should start the preparation from the second semester onwards so that they can easily manage their end semester exams as well as the aptitude test. The average placement package is around 8-9 lakhs. My plan is to get a corporate job and gain some experience and exposure in the corporate world and learn how the things actually work. Many companies that come to the college are looking for data analytics role. The ratio of the companies looking for consultant, risk analyst is less based on market demand and other circumstances.

Placement Experience:

From the third year of bachelor's degree and last year of post graduation placementors are comes to offer you jobs as per your qualification. One of my college student got placed in google with 43 LPA package , many more companies like lupin, cipla , vedanta , wipro etc. Are the most likely placements students love. 90 percent of students got the jobs from placents , and remaining students prevfers civil services and government exams to make career in. If anyone not got placed then college look forward to deal with local companies if students agreed with it they gets placed . After my degree if company gives me the best package I am looking for I would join the company.

Placement Experience:

By the end of sem3 itself, the postgraduates are deployed into interviews for certain internships. But if you are with good academic scores and knowledge you can even get directly placed. Every individual is given 3 chances by the college to get and crack the interview but if the student is not able to then he is guided to where to apply but mostly ICRI makes sure everyone is placed as the college proudly stays with its 100% placement tag line. As I told here there are varied background people here with different needs of roles, the highest package I have seen getting is 15L pa to the lowest of 3L pa which even depends upon the company to your broad spectrum of knowledge. To specify which companies come here for recruitment are sun pharma, Cipla, and many more there are all 20+ companies that come and hire the intellectuals. To specify about me I am planning to get a CRC post as a start for CRA in the future.
