Course Curriculum Overview

The course has very good scope for future. It is very intersting. The subjects are very interesting and good to study. The exmas are bot so difficult. But you should have the minimum understanding about the subjects.

There are many intership opportunities provided by the college. Some of them are free while some of them are paid interships. These interships opportunities help students to improve their technical skills. It also provides them a working experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is about 10000 per year for merit students. But for management students there is an addtional fees at the time of admissionwhich is dependent on the course you chose. There are many scholarships available for the students

Campus Life

The college conducts a technical fest called takshak every year. It provides the students to present the8r technical skills as well as to improve it.the support of the college for arts and sports is not so good.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities in college hostel is good. The food is super. But the problem is there is not enough seat available in college hostel to accomodate the students who need hostel. The hostels outside the college are quite expensive and don't have enough facilities.

Hostel Fee: INR 6000 per year

Admission

You should write the keam exam to get admission intobthe college. You should get good rank in keam. The cut off rank is about 6000 for electronics.there is reservations available for the eligible students.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

nehru has implemented placement traninng from the start of the course itself, from first year itself we get to placement classes which made us adapt and get to know how interviews are conducted. from 4th year onwards i think students are eligible for placements and more than 75% of students gets placed every year

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
