Course Curriculum Overview

The course is quite good but also it is so difficult.First year includs Basics of Mechanical engg Basic Civil engg Physics Chemistry Basic Electronics and Electrical engg Engg mechanism and Graphics .And the syllabus is very helpful for me to study and enjoy my engg study.The teaching method is also good and they are giving very freedom for the students and their teaching method is alsogood

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is about 10,000 per year. There is fees concession for the eligible students. There are many scholarships available for the students. There is exam fees for every semester. It is about 2500 per semester.

Campus Life

The college is very vibrant but the sports related activities is not so good. There is a technical, technical fest in oddsemester and an arts fest in even semester The technical fest is called Thakshak

Admission

Good mark in KEAM is necessary for the admission. And the admission process is quite lengthy.And good mark in 12th grade is also important for the admission.The exam was quite difficult and the questions where some of them were confusing but I managed to answer the some of the answers and good result. KEAM is a exam which is an admission for engineering in Kerala and ao many students are writing this exam for their engineering

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
