Course Curriculum Overview
The course consists of 8 sem for 4 years. The course consists of electrical as well as electronics subjects. The syllabus starts from basics and goes to advanced level. The course will be difficult if you are not familiar of basic higher secondary level maths.
Placement Experience
The college is well known for it's campus placements. A number of companies will come for campus placements during the final year. Most of the companies require candidates who are not having any backlogs. Therefore we should make sure that we are not having any backlogs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the college follows government fee structure as it's a government college. It's better to study in a government college because the fees will be less. There are different scholarships available. Even the alumni association will provide scholarships for needful students. All other scholarships available at different colleges are also available here.
Campus Life
The campus holds the privilege to host the biggest tech fest as well as cultural fest of South Kerala,Drishti and Dhwani respectively. The college also consists of different clubs which are international as well as the college also supports the formation of student level clubs. The exposure to different club activities will make your self fall in love with the college.
Hostel Facilities
As an inmate of the college men's hostel I'm very much satisfied with the overall facility. The only issue we face is the water scarcity that occurs during the summer season. The hostel union will take care of that by providing water from tankers. The mess and rent are very affordable compared to other hostlers.
Admission
At first, selection of colleges and courses are done after that a offline verification is done once we get admission in a college.Due to the presence of covid-19 virus the admission process was a bit different from the other years. The admission was done by submitting required documents in the nearby Government engineering colleges.For getting selected to the electrical and electronics engineering we should get a rank lesser than 12000.For reservation categories the rank can be double that.
