Course Curriculum Overview
College works on the moto of outcome based eduction which is completely industry oriented. Students are given choice to work upon their interest in terms of course (online). Department of civil engineering provides 6 industrial vsit in 6th semester. which are feild and industry based which helps student to gain practical knowledge. Department of civil engineering is also equiped with new age laboritories. Minor and Major projects are also very helpful in understanding syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
Department of civil engineering provide semester long internship, Minor project & Major project. which trains a student thoroughly which helps us to sustain in the competitive world. Department also allows to practie online internships (software based) which students can apply themselves.
Placement Experience
Training and Placement cell of YCCE is highly active. They provide 3 years rigiourus YCAP program which helps student to develop their professional and apptitude skills. Before the final year starts Campus Recruitment Training is provided to all the students which helps student to get into their dream companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for OBC candidate in the first year of college was 84783. For the second year feees was around 75000. for the third year fees was 87035. The fees varies very year and for different years. For campus employment one must caontact administrative department.
Campus Life
YCCE being the best engineering college in Nagpur, provides the best social exposure. their are around 30 different clubs which are active in college premises, some of them are also asscociated with national level organisation. College promotes involvement in feild of Broadcast like "YCCE MEDIA" & environment clubs like "GREEN CLUB YCCE" etc. Department of civil engineering promotes its Departmental Magazine "SPARSH". Students develop their vocational skills by inducing themselves in various activities.
Admission
Eligibility for my course Civil Engineering was about 60 percentile. Admission to YCCE is carried out through platform like MHT-CET & JEE. After you are shortlisted for admission, weneed to fill a form of your personal details whichis available on college's website ycce.edu. If availing reservation benefits we need to carry all the necessay documents which are listed in the application form. Admission process is cashless. A bank is also situatd in college campus which is helpful at the time of admission.
