Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum of our college is quite well structured and devoloped. The syllabus mainly contain so many outdated contents , which is even more important in so many tech fields. The teachers are well educated and most of them have PHD. The calsses are well structured and organized . Their method of tecahing is also very well and managed . The main exam is about 3 hours . It is not much harder . Our whole syllabus is provided by KTU. But next year onwards our bollege becomes autonomous and we can prepare our own syllabus and exams .

Placement Experience

Placement is very well here . Previous year there are almost 600 plus offers came from various company and more than 400 students get placed . The major recruiting companies afe IBM, TCS, INFOSYS , WIPRO, ORACLE, INTEL , etc . The average package provided is about 500000 rupees My plan after degree is to create a startup .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure of college is about 9650 rupees per year . As a government aided college , fees is very low here . There are so many schplarships and financial aids provided by college . E grants , Snehapoorvan, mace alumini scholarship. Mace pta scholarships are the main scholarships provided by our college . Also students belonging to SC ,ST,OEC also have scholarships .

Campus Life

Campus life is really wonderful . Our campus is full of greenery and plants . The main attraction of our college is the infrastructure and the facilities . There are so many clubs like NSS, IOT IEE,ASME. SAE etc whicb enhance the students campus life . They also support the students to enhance thier sportsman spirit .

Admission

Admission process is directly through an entrance tesg called keam . The exam is very simple , bug a bit harder . The fees of exam costs about 800 rupees . The exam is divided into 2 sessions . Evening and morning session. Each session contains 2 hours exam . The plus two marks also plays a major role in the admission process.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
