- Social life on the college campus gives an exposure about how to handle real word.
- The facilities provided are up to mark. As it's a women's college, they kept the security quite good
- Faculty is quite friendly and supportive in terms of whatever you do for your career, personality development
Dislikes
- I hated the tush outside the college as it breaches girl's privacy sometimes
- Each class should have been provided with a separate projectors
- The benches weren't comfortable enough to sit for a long period of time
Course Curriculum Overview
The subject combination offered was very good and exactly what it wanted. It gives full exposure for preparing the students for real world. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate. I chose this course as I wanted to pursue my career in Civil services.
Placement Experience
The college has a placement cell, through which interested students can also get career guidance. Several companies visits yo hire students generally from the 3rd year of the course. Company like lenskart is one of them. Though the percentage of students getting selected for those placement is not very satisfying as the package offered is usually below 5 lakh per annum. I got my degree in 2023 , now I'm preparing for civil services examination.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee charged is never increased in the middle of the year, it might get increased after the completion of one year. The complete costs of my education was somewhat around 50000. Several scholarship are also granted for the students who truly need snd deserve it.
Campus Life
The social life in the college campus is very good. Several events are held on a regular basis but the main is the Annual Merakhi event which is organised in February. Other then that departmental events are also organised. Students are motivated to be part of different sports, the sports team of the college is also very good. Apart from it, students are also part of several NGOs like Sarvani, Ikshana etc which help them to be a better person.
Admission
The admission process was quite easy and hassle free. All the candidates who have scored 60% or more in 12th standard cam easily get admission. The application form is available on the college website,it costs around rs 800. The exams are held semester wise. The first semester exams are conducted around December - January, and the second semester exams are conducted around June.
