lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ????
