Unveiling the learning experience in M.A College

I chose this course because of its emphasis on hands-on projects and real-world applications. Additionally, the opportunity to delve deep into subjects like artificial intelligence and machine learning was a major draw for me. Through projects and case studies, it offers valuable hands-on experience.The improvement that can be done is to modify the syllabus in such a way that it focuses more on the core course of study. An internal exam is conducted every month and the semester exam is conducted at the end of a semester. The exams challenge students to apply concepts learned in lectures and assignments.

Companies like Google and Microsoft soft offers internships to students for 6 months for roles in software engineering, data analysis, or product management.In the college there also many projects designed by the students which are financially and technically supported by the college.

The students start to get placement calls from 6th semester. The major companies recruiting are Cognizant, TCS, Ust global, Wipro,etc.Most of the hogher salary placement is for students pursing in the computer science department. The highest salary package is 33 lakhs per annum and the average salary package is 3 lakh per annum.More than 70 percent of the students gets placed in good companies with good salary package. My plan is to do MS in AI in foreign country

The tution fee is fixed and there is no hike in the fee policy. The complete cost of education include the tution fee which is 8000 per annum and it also include my hostel fees which is roughly around 5000 to 5400 per month. Other than that there is no extra charges. There are lot of scholarships for students who are good in academics but are financially backwards. Mace alumni parent chapter scholarship offers 12000 rupees per year for the eligible students.Mace alumni Qatar chapter scholarship offers 25000 rupees per year for eligible students. I have not undertaken any job roles in the campus until now.

In my college the annual arts fest named Sanskriti is held in the month of April and the annual technical fest named Takshak is held in the month of November. The library typically offers a diverse range of books and journals covering various subjects and disciplines, catering to the academic needs of students and faculty.Classrooms are equipped with modern facilities and technological provisions to enhance the learning experience. This often includes audio-visual equipment such as projectors, screens, and sound systems to support multimedia presentations. Additionally, access to Wi-Fi and power outlets allows students to utilize their devices for note-taking and research during lectures.The region of extracurricular activities inclide sports teams competing at intercollegiate levels, club sports for recreational athletes, and intramural leagues for friendly competition among students. There are lot of clubs and social groups in the campus to enhance the learning experience.

In my hostel room i have 3 roommate. The room consists of a bed, chair, study table and shelves for storing clothes for each of the inmates. The meal quality is good. The menu includes both veg and non veg. Most probably there will be 2 variety of meals from which we can select the one we need. The hostel facility is provided by the college itself. The registration is done together with the college admission procedure. The hostel is affordable for students.

The admission was based on the result of the keam(Kerala Entrance Administration Examination). I got 70 percent in the keam and in my allotment process I got my college in the first allotment itself for the desired course itself.
