At YCCE, all the first year students of all branches, have common subjects. Later in second year, when they go to their respective branches, they have branch specific subjects. The course curriculum at Computer Technology Department is up to date. The faculty members are highly educated with masters degree, PhDs and many contribute in research sector too. Even professors keep themselves up to date with current trends in technological changes and advancements, and share their experience during classes. All the professors are helpful and motivating.

YCCE offers a wide range of internship opportunities to all the students with all the renowned companies. During internships students get to do hands on projects and have valuable real world experience of working at a company.

Placements at YCCE have always been great. Many renowned companies like JP Morgan, TCS, PWC, Sahaj, Infosys, and many more visits our campus for placements. Around 100% students get their internships through college itself. And the percentage of students getting placed is also pretty good. From 7th semester onwards, students are eligible for placements at YCCE.

Usually from 7th semester onwards the placement drive begins. Many programs such as Campus Recruitment Training(CRT), scheduled AMCAT exams, consistent YCAP sessions, guest/expert lectures, etc are conducted for students.

My overall experience with YCCE is great. The campus of this institute is really beautiful and well maintained. The campus is so green and full of colorful flowers. Students have their own hide out called Student Hub where all the student hang out, have their lunch, and conduct club activities. YCCE also has lot of active clubs. All types of academic related books are available in the campus library along with high speed internet connection. All type of necessary items like printouts, stationary, xerox, ATM, etc are all available in the campus itself.

Hostel facility is also good at YCCE. All types of room are available as per needs ( 2 seater, 3 seater, 4 seater ). Cleanliness is properly maintained at hostel. verandhas, stairs and premises are cleaned every day, while the rooms are cleaned on alternate days. Even the food quality is good and hygiene is maintained.

The admission process was super easy as the admission team was very friendly and helpful. From filling out forms and submitting documents, everything was made super clear. Every instruction regarding admissions was already circulated through the official website. I appeared for MHT - CET to get into YCCE. The exams conducted in YCCE are moderate to easy.
