PCCOE Pune Computer Department Review

So currently I am pursuing Computer Engineering In PCCOE. I choose this course because of my interest in programming and the industry demand. The course gives the amazing challenges to solve the real-life problems. The course curriculum is nice it includes lab sessions, projects and internships that allow students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Institution arranged some guest lecture from industry expert. The areas for improvement is increasing the emphasis on practical skills development through hands on projects and industry internship. The timing of exams are according to the academic calender. The exams are generally in November and April.

for campus placements students can participate in 6th sem in that they are provided with internship opportunity and from 7th sem placements starts. The companies visiting to the college are Barclays, Accenture ,KPIT, Capgemini, Wipro, cognizant, veritas , SAS Labs,etc. The highest package offered is 16LPA and lowest is 4LPA.

The Fee structure is according to the given by the institution and differs into different categories. The scholarships are according to the Maharashtra government provided to the reservation categories. As I am in OBC category I only need to pay 79000 in college and the other fees are paid by government as scholarship. The various scholarship we can grab like Punjabrao and Punawala scholarships and other. Institution provides learn and earn opportunity for students to earn money in campus.

The annual and technical fest are really amazing. Each department has its technical fest once in a year that gives opportunity to expand the skills and passion. The annual fest is organised in January month and it continues around 4-5 days comprising of singing ,dancing ,sports and Dj Nigjt and many more. The projector facility is present in classrooms and the labs are conducted on PCs.

Admission to the PCCOE Pune undergraduate program are offered based on the marks obtained in MHT-CET/JEE Main. The Overall cutoff for MHT-CET is 92- 98.69 percentile. tso first we need to check if we meet the eligibility criteria for the course we are interested in. Then we can get the application form from the administrative office and the template of fee structure and placement. The application dates are according to the mht -CET portal declaration. The reservation benefits are also mentioned on that template and the notice board of the office. The exams usually happen in two parts midsem and endsem per semester.The exams are not difficult. It is easy to achieve 8 + cgpa .For improvement in the admission process I suggest it needs to handle the document part in online mode and after that for only fee and final confirmation student and parents should come to the institution.
