Course Curriculum Overview

This college is really very good in all aspect. The proper syllabus is followed as per the VTU rules. They provide with every possible study material which helps a lot.

Internships Opportunities

They don't provide any internship. They conduct workshops. And rest of all things you have to do it on your own. They can sometimes guide you with the ideas but no proper help is provided.

Placement Experience

Placement of this college is really very good. That is why this college is in the top 5 colleges around Bangalore. They bring good oppurtunities for students to make up their career.

College Events

This college is really lagging behind in terms of cultural and technical activity. Very few activities are held in a year and that too is not properly organized.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is almost the same as other colleges in Bangalore under VTU. For management quota, it is very high. I think this is the problem of every college in Bangalore that they think North people are very rich.

Fees and Financial Aid

No help in such financial things. They don't provide any scholarship or loan. You have to afford all fee by your own. But as everyone knows college is an expert in asking for money for the whole year.

Hostel Facilities

This is the bad point of this college as the hostel is not inside the college. And the Boys hostel is really very bad.

Regular alumni meet are conducted where people share their good and bad experience of this college

The faculty is quite good but hardly any faculty is with proper knowledge. They are quite supportive but not every time. They help with projects and guide properly.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th sem the students are allowed for internships and can go for placement campus selection or off campus placement and the avg goes to 6.5 to 7 lpa which is quite decent and good percentage of students get placed every year

Course curriculum is outdated to be very honest. It needs to be changed as soon as possible. Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi need to change their curriculum as soon as possible because in the era of Artificial intelligence we are lagging behind and this traditional syllabus need to be scraped out and make from scratch from industry experts. Curriculum should industry relevant, that what is the current demand in the industry.

The placements of our college was excellent. Students are eligible for placements after 6th semester . Highest package was 55 LPA Average package was 15 LPA Percentage of students getting placement was around 85 to 90 percent

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year,students start preparing for internships. Companies like Accenture,Wipro,etc. visits the campus (through senior info). For amazon, we are told that they don't visit the campus for internship and placement, so we have to do it off-campus. The highest package offered is 53.5LPA. and the average package is 6.5LPA. My plans after getting the degree is to get a job first and after gaining experience, further achieve higher studies.

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
