Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good however due to the new education policy we also have additional unwanted subjects that add unnecessary load rest teachers are good however the labs and apparatus are poorly maintained due to which the practical aspects of the course are ruined.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is a little biased and depends on the college in the university my college is among the top colleges due to which my fees is relatively high but the university also provides scholarships to merit students and the fees is not so high as it is a government college but the college bias factor still persists.

Campus Life

The campus life is engaging as it is a very vast university with multiple colleges multiple societies and fest take place throughout which give a good exposure. The library are well maintained with all possible books and are commendable as they provide course books for free which is a good thing however the books are limited so it is like a first come first get thing.

Admission

CUET is the entrance exam required for admission in this central university I had also given it the cut offs are relatively very high but the admission process is unbiased and all on merit and easy to understand

College life in Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), DU

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Biomedical Sciences is very interesting as well as challenging, it covers various fields of sciences and has great scope in terms of research. The course connects theory with real world applications in hospitals and research laboratories. A few examples would include, antibacterial testing, PFT, EMG, blood tests, which are commonly performed in hospitals. The course also helps us to pursue our hands in research further by providing us with hands on training for skills such as biostatistics, writing scientific literature, lab skills, etc. A few improvements that I would suggest is the removal of outdated testing methods and practicals from the curriculum that are not essential for the real world currently. The teaching methods are quite good and interesting. The exams are conducted at the end of each semester and are relevant to the curriculum. The practical exams test your knowledge of hands on experience that you've gained while doing lab work. Theory exams are of 3 hours as per usual and test your theoretical knowledge from books and classes mainly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have pcm in 12 th and in also subjects i am best in chemistry so that's why I choosed it . And andc is mostly a science course college it has mostly science courses only . It has good labs facility most necessary for my course. We have exams per semester only which are average not much hard or easy .

Placement Experience:

The average placements is around 5 to 6 lpa. However, a lot students here prefer masters and so a very few take placements, we have a entreprenuerial lab here which allows students to start their own startups and a lot of companies do visit in campus and hire students also. However, my plans would be pursuing for post grad entrance exams if I did'nt get placement.

from probably the 3rd year students are eligible for campus recruitments, infotech i think came to our college as far as my knowledge goes, the avg package that im aware of is 3-4.5LPA, which is decent in terms of placement after bachelors, my plans although are to pursue higher education since the package mentioned is not good in my eyes
