Is VIT a good option

The course of this college is similar to most colleges in India it focuses more on the theory part. The teachers here are as expected, most of them are good and some are average. There are a lot of exams that happens and they don't provide much time between exams.

Around 100 companies give internship here. All the top companies you can name come here. From Google to Microsoft to AMD to intel. They give both online and offline internship. The stipend is anywhere from 10000 to 50000

From the final year the placements start and go for the whole year. Around 800 companies visit here and take over 10000 students. The highest package is 1.5Cr and the average is 7-8 lakhs. Around 80% students get placed.

There are 5 categories of fees starting from 2lakhs, then 3lakhs, 4lakhs, 4.5 lakhs and 5 lakhs. It depends on your VITEEE rank in which category you will get admission. On top hostels can cost anywhere from 80000 to 150000 depending on your room type. The college provides a decent amount of interships but compared to the population of students it's very less. Scholarships are available for needy students and if the score well.

There are 2 fests whch happen annually theyare Techno it and VIBRANCE. They are a lot of fun and top artists come to perform. There are a lot of clubs and lots of activities you won't have enough time to do all. All the majors are also played in the college. The college has 3 floor library.

There are a lot of different types of room available in the hostel. But the rooms are assigned by your CGPA so if you score well you get the better choice. There are both AC and NON-AC rooms from 2 bed to 6 bed. There are three types of mess veg, non veg and special. The food is good. The menu changes for every month.

I took admission in B.Tech CSE for that I wrote the exam VITEEE. The eligibility criteria is you should have maths in 12th. I found the application form online. The exam happens once a year and it's pretty difficult, it's little easier compared to JEE. The admission is a very long process it takes a lot of time. There is no specific cutoff for the entrance exam it's just the worse your rank the more you have to pay to get in.
