Review about SASTRA UNIVERSITY

According to course.. I choose Electronics and Communication Engineering.. because this course is very usefull.. and may have good opportunities in government sector with good GATE ranks.. this course has strict professors compared to other course

There are good internship opportunities in our university.. there are paid internships and non paid internships.. along with online courses.. mostly these are started by 3rd semister.. and we can join in clubs and do more projects andprove our skills

Ofcourse there are good placements in our university.. if we have more arrears.. and are not cleared by end semister.. then we may not achieve college placements or else maximum we will get placed .. if not by college then surely by applying outiside of the campus

Year wise fee 2,50,000/- Tuition fee is 1,70,000/- There is no category considered in our university Fee structure will be same for all semisters and tution fee may increase upto 10,000/- per year. Scholarship is available for the students according to their grade

We have Events like Daksh , Colosseum (this event is regarding sports.. many other campus students will join in this event ) and carpedium ( for welcoming freshers) and finally we have Kuruksastra ( which is 4 days event.. it has everything including dance.. , singing etc.. , it happens at end ofthe semisters of ever year ) ..

Registration process will be happen through online.. and rooms are allotted with our choice.. it has single rooms, double rooms and 3 sharing and 4 sharing.. with AC and Non AC.. and with bath attached and without bath attached

I also applied AMRITA VISWA VIDYAPEETAM university.. but it has high fee structure like .. more than. 5 lakhs per year.. which is too tough for middle class families.. and I choose SASTRA because.. it has good fee structure with good NIRF ranking ..

In sastra, every faculty is good with their knowledge and they have good interactions with students. Exams are conducted very strictly. Everything is given within the syllabus.. somewhat depth questions may be expected in semister.

To get placed in our university.. it is based on state board( above 98.5% ) marks and the percentile you achieved in JEE MAINS( 75%).. by that they will allot ranks and the department in which you should belongs to..

We will finish our classes by 5 15 PM and rollcall timings will be ended by around 6 30 PM, so we should be present in the hostel by 6 30 PM.., and for boys.. there is much freedom and gym is available for both boys and girls in their respective hostels
