Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is nice ,according to nep, teaching us python and c language in first year regardless of branch , some teachers are exelent like our friends but some teachers !!. They teach us on ppt , due to circuital branch , there is always a confict that should we take placent in core or it

Fees is chill comparitive to private colleges like thapar or jaypee , my full fees will come around to 10.5 lakhs after 4 yrs with hostel and mess , if u have category like ews or sc st then congratulations !

Campus Life

75% attendance is hell! But still clubs are the most nicest part of college , they are surely hell active regularly ,campus is decent not too big not too small 154 acres filled with beaty of nature etc

Admission

Came through jee mains , got 96.7 percentile , 38k rank , got seat in EE nit jalandhar in csab round 2 with home state qota ,they gave us college portal, we logged in filled details , payed Fees , hostel process was also online , then came for registration with required document

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . The frequency and timing of the exam goes like the college conducts two internal exams for the internal marks known as MST and one final exam and the difficulty level is medium

Placement Experience:

after 3rd year or maybe in 6th semester many companies visited and very few visited both happens maintain your cgpa make your cgpa above 8 might be difficult but you might get adv highest or average doesnt matter then see how much package you getmaintain cgpa fill out the placement form also they charge 9000 in third year for your placement and dcpd trainign maybe - 50 percent placed well placement is poor after degree - internships job

Did some research and found that AI/Ml is quite popular around the globe and saw alot of future opportunity in this field. The msts were of 40 marks each with 60 mins to complete the exam and finals were of 60 marks with 3 hrs time limit. However student were allowed to leave the hall once half time is over.

When I'm in NITJ see what I got.

Placement Experience:

I think from 5th or 6th semester students can able to eligible for placement. Don't know exact data about the company company coming but there is good placement rate. 1.3CR highest package this year branch chemical engineering. In my Branch ICE there is more than 95% placement rate.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.
