Course Curriculum Overview
The data science is most occuring course of future generations so no hesitation needed . As this course is started only from our previous batch they are making very good improvmemts every year. The course is completely maths based. So very interesting for maths lovers. It's completely different from other branchs I.e not same as cse but I guess much interesting than that.
Internships Opportunities
To get avail to internships we should be in some detail to our program which will be done from 2nd year all this can be told then but for my knowledge cisco , Microsoft are some known ones to me as I even attended their workshops
Placement Experience
As I am still in 2 nd semester I don't know much on our own experience but according to our seniors it's good. Campus placement is from 4 th year. But still get earlier with internships and mini projects from profs and companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here there is portal called IRIS which avail student- student ans student-institution interaction. Scholarshipa and jod everything will be available there and student council also make note of those everytime. Fee structure is clearly mentioned in nitk portal we even check on same not any other source .
Campus Life
In campus every day there will be a program. Everything will be very interactive the thing we need to do is just show some interest on them. For example, incident which is now going on- most cultural fest, engineer- technical fest, freshers cup- classwise sports competition, iste, e-mail summits. Many club events are done which are mainly by very knowledgeable students
Hostel Facilities
Hostel life enjoying with friends and night outs is good never forgetting experience. The hostel accomofation is not that good but as it is government hostel we can't expect not more than this is suggest.
Admission
The admission process is very good it's very comfortable. All no need of varying how it takes place they will take care of the process. Coming to process everything will be updates in email just follow those. To get admission jee mains is the main criteria. For reservation in formation can search in josaa portal where the Counciling process is done. After coming to campus students here I.e senior will guide us for admission process.
