Campus Life and Infrastructure and the cleanness

Relative Grading we have relative Grading system so there is tough Chance to get high CGPA

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a cloud computing specialization student so for the curriculum is mostly based on AWS for the first two years next full stack Development and azure for next 2years You will have two mid term exams of span one month each next will have end term exam which is quite easy to pass.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee is 95000 for me And I got 50 percent scholarship if you have 90 percentage in your class 12th And you will have scholarships based on CUCET based on your score it might be 100% to 20% and placements are average this year

Campus Life

The campus environment and campus life is good and there will be many clubs and there will be many events. Students can run the specific events based on their interests and there will be a departments for students

Admission

You need 60% in your class 10,12 or else you need to write cucet.application fee is 1200 for cucet and fee for semester is 95000 for me I think now it's increased. if you have more the 90 in 12th there is a chance for scholarship of 50%

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
