Dislikes

Mess food ,sometime you get good food sometimes very bad
Rural area you have to travel 25 km to reach the kalaburagi city

Course Curriculum Overview

The geography department comes under School of Earth Sciences along with the geology department. I was influenced by the integrated course where I can get my UG and PG in 5 years. I guess ours is the last integrated batch of geography. The faculties are supportive.

Internships Opportunities

My department doesn't provide any intership during ug but in pg you can get good internship opportunities. Economics ,btech and BBAdepartment has placement cells which helps students to see through a lot pf oppurtunities

Fees and Financial Aid

for odd semesters my fee amount is 6400 and for ecen semester it is 4302 you can apply for obc post matric scholarship and other state scholarship. Including mess fee and hostel fee it will be around 110?

Campus Life

Central university of karnataka has a vast land area of about 650acres.i am satisfied with the campus life.you can join any political parties if you want during summer it is very difficult here as the temperature will reach above 40 during summer.

Admission

the admission process includes cuet exams and the application on university sites. After the results a cutoff will be placed and you will get selected accordingly. The university has a 650acre area; For boys, they can roam around the campus any time and for girls the hostel will get close at 9:30

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects is that microbiology is a well developing scope of science in the world. We know how important this subject was when Covid had come to the world. It is related to this subject and find it's relevance everywhere. The course curriculum had started with basics of microbiology and microbial techniques later getting deeper into the subject. The syllabus is set by our college faculties and department head and it is very relevant for future studies. Improvement is needed in teaching methods. Otherwise it's a good place and subject.
