Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is very relavant and comprehensive as it includes new subjects and has introduced NEP through which earlier theoretical subjects like Physics and Chemistry are not in the syllabus but are included with other subjects as per demand. Also coding is mandatory for all the students till 3rd semester which is a very good move by college as per industry standards.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are very good due to well established connections of college with multiple industries and companies. Companies like: Infosy, Whirlpool, NVIDIA, TATA and many other humongous companies are there for internships.
Placement Experience
Placements in our college is decent. There are many companies which recruits our brilliant talents and and give them a decent package. But recently after recession, the job opportunity is overall lesser so it's very competitive and depends on person to person nowadays.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is decided annually with multiple reservations and some scholarship opportunities as well, College's fees is ok-ish as it is not very expensive as it's near about 2lpa which is okish for a btech college. Also there are multiple clubs which provides there own scholarship which is very advantageous for the students. But as per college it provides a few scholarships only.
Campus Life
Campus life is decent as clubs provides a lot of activities throughout the campus and there are multiple events of all the major club which is very interactive and enjoyable. But the major weakness of our campus is it's small size as it is only 7 acres and multiple things are not possible there. Many of the things related to sports are not possible in the campus due to its very small size.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are not good at all. Hostel rooms are decent but the mess facilities are awfully disgusting. The food is very bad and even the mess is awful. The food is only 2 times available only and I just the food personally. It's just very very bad!!
Admission
Admission process was a bit difficult as it needs a good CET and a decent JEE score to get VIT. Also the admission process of CET cell is a bit difficult as one should research well before CAP round about the college otherwise he/she can face major lose. Also the admission process after CAP round is a bit hectic as it goes through 8 steps of verification and it is very time consuming. But other than that the faculty and the desk is very good and helpful and as a Non Maharashtra state candidate they were very supportive and kind towards us students. So overall the admission process was a good but bit difficult.
