Course Curriculum Overview

The course is computational and data science it deals with the latest technologies like machine learning data science and artificial intelligence mathematics it is introduced in 2022 hours is a second batch it is upcoming demanded course in future.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placements are good average package of the college is around 18 LPM the college offers both the 400 + companies including the incover part the people the average placement in 95% is a newly introduced course with you are not sure about the placements of our course

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees is around 62500 per semester Messi is around certia for semester and other r fees are on 20000 as it is the government college there will be no increasing tuition fees experience teachers

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very poor there are very old rooms even mess not good the food is without spice and salt but there are night canteens and food courts inside the campus the room does not activate air conditioner first year share table share 2nd 3rd 4th year share single rooms

Admission

The selection is based on Jee mains the open category rank is around 3000 where has OBC is 5000 to 6000 very limited seats are available like 35 seats best of 2 JEE mains is considered. the percentilee around 99.5 and through dasa Kota where is limited seats are there

Interview Experience

No things like group discussion interview questions only selection is based on JEE mains and other one is dasa. JEE mains is conducted whole and soli on 12th class syllabus recommended by CBSE and finally the seat is added through Josaa counselling

good place for personality development

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements around 3rd year end. I have not attended any placements as so far and the name of companies which I got to know from others they have attended were capgemini and a The highest package of herders 8LPA and the The average package would be around 5 lpa. Students who are willing to get a job in that category arounf 5% to 8% students approximately. Im not sitting for placements and my plans after degree are still unclear and I'm still figuring out.

A mini heaven on earth called NITK

After GATE exam, I applied to almost all top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut etc during CCMT counselling . I had also applied in IIT Dhanbad in COAP counselling. I got IIT Dhanbad in 8th round. I spoke to my coaching Sir, he had advised me to go for top 3 NITs rather than IIT Dhanbad. Since these three NITs are well established and offer better placement opportunities as compared to IIT Dhanbad which is relatively a new IIT. One needs to qualify GATE exam to get a shot at taking admission in IITs/NITs. Once you qualify the GATE exam you can then look at specific colleges cutoff for admission. I got NIT Surathkal in special round 1 which was held after 3 regular rounds. I preferred NIT Surathkal as compared to other NITs since its considered in top 3 NITs and also it's near my home as compared to NIT Trichy....Read More

LIFE AT NITK

I had applied for other IITs & NITs with different branches like IIT GUWAHATI and IIT BHU ,IIT ROORKEE,NIT TRICHY as i wasn't able to clear the cutoff according to their requirements i got NITK SURATHKAL which was the best that i got i choosed the other colleges because of their higher placement records more average salary packages and the most OG thing is that i wanted the IITian tag but i had also got a seat allocated in IIT BHU in metallurgy but i didnt wanted to take it and finally i chose NITK SURAATHKAL because it near to my hometown Banglore and the weather is very good there it has a privatre beach along with a light house many places to visit around NITK SURATHKAL mainly a very big campus of aroung 300 acres and multiple number of sports opportunities it has 2 gym .
