Course Curriculum Overview
So from my childhood, my interest is in machines, technologies, and cars so I choose engineering more specifically mechanical engineering.In this course, we have taught about how the big coperative industries work and how we have to do work to maximize the profit and sells .we have taught all things to design ,manufacture , and then implement our idea on it frop basic to next level.
Internships Opportunities
Firstly almost all the company including google ,microsoft are come in our college. the criteria for get a intern is set by the company . firstly the use some cg criteria to differentiate the student and then take test and hr rounds.
Placement Experience
Students in there final year of there respective course is eligible for college placement .Lots offer are offered during campus placement. If i talk about mechanical engineering almost 120 students are placed and the placement session is still going on
Fees and Financial Aid
Firstly the tuition fee of sc/st students is completely waive off. and for other categories the fee is on the basis of there parental income i.e if there parent(both mother and father) annual income is less than 1 lakh then there tuition fee is completely wavie off and if there parental income is lie between 1 to 5 lakh the n there 60 percent fee is wave off.
Campus Life
The campus life at iit roorkee is really amazing and quite intresting.there are lots of clubs in college including techanical club and non techanical club.Very good classrooms with the latest technologies.
Admission
we have to write the famous and one of the toughest exam of india name jee advance to get admission to the prestigious colleges of india i.e iits. To get in iit first you have to clear jee mains conducted by NTA and then clear jee advance with a good rank.If you are a st/sc student then your tuition fee is completely waive off and you have to only pay the fee of hostel and mess.
