IIIT: GROWING SOON INTO IIT

Being a techno-efficient child, I was highly interested in electronics and telecommunictions. As per my rank in jee mains I was getting this branch, so its a kind of dream comes true. So I choosed this course. This curriculum helps in gaining knowledge more about electronics instruments and as I came to know from my parents I can apply for IES(Indian Engineering Service) examination and can avail government jobs near future. Teaching method can be more interactive rather than one way interaction only. The frequency of exam is every 3 to 4 weeks with proper conceptual questions.

Many companies hired many students for internships opportunities. Stdents from 4th semester starts for internships and the companies like TCS, Oracle hire for internship with a stipend of 30000rs. The project offered was about various AI technologies and machine learnings etc.

Students after 6th semester are elligible for campus placements. Different software companies visit our campus such are Oracle, Media.net, TCS, Zscaller,Dell etc. Thi year about 80% students placed in our branch with a highest package of 19lpa and average package of 11lpa. After getting degree I am planning to have a MBA degree by giving CAT exam.

Our institution have policies regarding tuition fee increasing. These increase can occur anually or a regular intervals. The complete cost of my education is 1.25 lakh per semester inclucing hostel facilities.Our college provide various scholarships for different students who are EWS category. A special scholarship named tuition fee waver scheme is provided in which the students need to pay less fees that actual. Our college also offers relaxation in fee deposit date till the semester ends.

The annual fest of our college named 'Advaita' is the Odisha's largest cultural fest. It helds in the month of february every year and continues till 3nights. In our library all variety of books collections are there including textbooks,refernce books, fictions and non fictions and famous journal written by DR> APJ Abdul Kalam etc. Our classroom are big enough with many windows and proper ventilation and also sound absorbant walls. It also has smart board with modern equipments and advanced AI tolls. All types of sports are played in our campus both indoor and outdoor games.

I got a four person room in which 4 people stay in one room.Hostel provides basic amenities like bed, study table, personal almirah. 24hours wifi facilities are available, in winters hot water facilities are also there. The quality of meal in mess is like average. However the mess menu covers all kind of food items taking all the states in consideration like south indian, north indian, etc. Hostel room allotment will be done on the basis of luck. There will be chit system and the room came in the shit is our room to be allotted.

I gave the worldwide examination jee mains in which i got about 93.5 percentile in my second attempt. I came to know about the college IIIT BBSR from internet and different social medias. Being a student of Odisha i applied in the Odisha Counselling of IIIt BBSR in which I got ETC branch in my fifth round. There are more benefits for the students of SC,ST,OBCs also female students.
